Before the fitness started Mr.Neufield said that this activity will be about pacing yourself. During the fitness I went full on at the start but I started to slow down close to the end. After that experience I will use Mr.Neufields advice while we are doing fitness
Your blog has a bunch of what we did for fitness... you need to focus on learning about yourself, as a leader/follower/participant, you ability to self motivate, etc. You also need some EVIDENCE of learning and effort. Check your boys blogs!
